Without any consent, Binance has been charging me $150 USDT weekly under the guise of a “subscription top-up.” This is theft, plain and simple. As you can see from my reviews, you should not trust Binance. I received confirmation from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) that there are no cases involving me in the Philippines. However, Binance instructed me to contact the Philippine police they mentioned.
I provided all the information to the Philippine officer and requested a review of the CCTV footage from the casino where the P2P transaction took place. Despite sending 19 emails, I was completely ignored.
Meanwhile, the officer used wallet information obtained from Binance to request the freezing of multiple addresses and even demanded the private keys of personal wallets from some individuals for “investigation purposes.”

When I register i start getting professional scam messages on my personal phone with a number to call , when I tried to contact binance ,they never care to check the scammers phone number i gave them.

Recently I was due to receive a payout from a trading platform of just over 47,000€. To receive this I had to pay a FIAT of 9,925€ to my Binance account and change it to bitcoins. This I did and was inmediately told that the amount was frozen and under review for money laundering. To release both the payout and the FIAT I had to pay the same FIAT again. Again I repeated the same transaction. Again it was frozen and under review. I took part in a video call in order to satisfy their criteria and was told the money had been cleared.
On the 25/3/25 Binance sent me an email saying that they had received a transfer of 47,000€ but it had been frozen. This was followed immediately by 2 more emails increasing the amount of the transfer by 10,000€ each time to just over 67,000€ total and again demanding 21% FIAT. I had no funds left to pay more and have been left with absolutely nothing, no savings and no payout to help me in my imminent retirement. And Binance are not helping one little bit to recuperate my money. HELP!! What can I do?
