I recently completed the KYC process on Binance using my real government-issued ID and a live selfie. To my shock, after verification, my account was displayed under a completely different name that was not mine.

This raises a serious question: how can a verified account with my real ID and face end up showing someone else’s name? This implies a critical failure in Binance’s KYC system, possibly assigning new identity data to an old or incorrect account.

I contacted Binance support multiple times and even CC’d their senior executives — there has been no official reply, no investigation update, and no assurance that my ID documents have been deleted or protected.

Binance has shown shocking carelessness in handling both financial and sensitive personal information. Not only have they withheld my funds without resolution, but they also demanded a video of my entire online banking interface as part of their so-called “investigation.” This is a blatant invasion of privacy and completely unacceptable. Because they share the video on appeal platform for the other party to see your PIN code, password and other financial transactions on that video.

If you don’t comply with these invasive requests, they simply refuse to release your money. It feels like extortion, and their support offers no accountability. This platform is unprofessional and unsafe—be extremely cautious before trusting them with your funds.

If anyone else has faced similar abuse or been pressured to share personal banking information on video, please reach out. We may be able to organize a collective complaint or even take legal action. Enough is enough.

We can’t submit a complaint because the support case is still open. We have spent a total of 8 HOURS on the phone with them with several different agents on several different days and our issue is STILL unresolved. The problem is the account is locked and we try and complete the account recovery and it successfully verifies my identify after uploading it and waiting 48 hours then says to login on the device that recovery was started on. We are on the device that started recovery so that’s a lie. We’ve tried again and again over 15 times in total and called the customer support again and again and sometimes they cut us off and even when they don’t, they make us do the same troubleshooting steps again and again and it never gets fixed. They put us on hold again and again and we spend hours on the phone with them just to be told to wait 72 hours and it should be working again. Surprise surprise 72 hours later it STILL doesn’t work. Absolutely appalling service! Months later and we STILL don’t have access to our money. At this point it’s borderline thievery as we can’t access our money. This is completely unacceptable!!! until sqyiubb assited to get it back..

I withdrew my coins from Binance because I did not write down the memo code and the coins did not come to another platform. I contacted support and they returned my coins back to Binance! But I have not been able to see them on my account for a day now because the exchange is delaying and not returning my property – this is theft! !!!! Stay away !!!!
Firstly I have encountered something that makes no sense at all..
When adding a stop/loss on a futures contract to trigger at your initial entry price, to make sure you don’t loose money when you are “in the money”, if triggered, you can expect to loose exactly 10$.. this is weird to me because the info with their support is as follows:
“”Please kindly note that a market order doesn’t guarantee the exact filling price, but ensures the timing to enter/exit the market, and because of this, your final filled price may be different from what you expected””

So that means that you could expect that maybe the trigger is activated one or a few points above or below your entry.. in my case I believe one point up and down was about 6.78$ because I was trading futures contracts with 30x leverage.. but then how come the amount that was deducted from my assets when the stop/loss was triggered, was exactly 10$??? That would be neither one nor two points below my entry where I put my trigger.. honestly I cannot make sense of it at all… this made me quit the platform under suspision that something fishy was going on, and move on to another better and more transparent one !!!!!

ALSO!!
Withdrawal process is almost impossible. For example after trading in futures contracts.. I had to:
1. exchange those assets into my normal FIAT/SPOT account.
2. Then I had to sell those assets from crypto into USD.
3. Then I had to exchange those USD into EUR with an extremely poor exchange rate.
4. Then I thought that I could finally withdraw the EUR, but NO! I now had to deposit 2€ from my personal bank into the binance account for them to verify my personal bank account.
5. Then I have to wait for about 1-2 days.
6. Then I can finally withdraw my assets to my personal bank account.
7. Then I have to wait again for the assets to arrive.
8. Then I finally check that the money have arrived…

This process was driving me insane and the platform is extremely misleading and imposoble to navigate around when you have to enter into 5 different settings/wallets/tabs just to make a withdrawal and then wait for days on end..

Also almost EVERY step bears costs for you.. selling crypto, exchanging currencies, etc.. even the forced 2€ depositum bears a 1€ fee, which there is no way to work around it..
It is not about the 1€, it is about the fact that it is made almost imposible for you to withdraw and that within the process of withdrawal, you are forced fees upon your assets constantly.. extremely bad and misleading platform, I would recommend ANY OTHER website than this one !!!!!!!!!!

I must apologise to the 24 casino and to Frank, their diligent and generous worker. I shouted here in my previous post that 24casino failed to reply to my letter in less than 11 days. That information was in fact incorrect. I looked at the dates myself from a complete lie, and checking back now I can say that the replies came within a perfectly normal time.
24casino is one of the casinos I have previously highlighted for its excellent design, fast software and super game selection. This time, however, I would like to praise their employee Frank, who has the strength and will to deal with players’ problems one by one and find solutions to their problems. This is the kind of personal approach I would expect from a big player, if I were playing for hundreds of thousands, but it’s very nice that so much time is devoted to the micro-limit guys.
You very rarely come across that sort of thing.

This website has had many changes during the last changes, it is not possible to know for sure when they will make a new change that will affect your investments now or withdrawals. I do not recommend using this website and what affects my account and I am not sure about their changes are the network fees. Before I saw lower network fees than now and last time they had excessively high network fees. The exchanges have also had changes and it is not possible to know for sure how the website may work. I simply cannot recommend the exchanges due to the constant changes they make.

Bad experience, and main reason not listing pi network, without reason, many votes from their users, many other wallets accepted pi, and pi nothing worse than some meme coin or other unproven coins, and pi showing their growth and it have a nice price for newly launched coin, so if other wallets can accept it, what is their reason not to? i wanted to make binance my main wallet (since they have many crypto coins for trading but like this, they do not even give opportunity for some good coin, and they list some other unreliable coins (based on vote and they ignored vote about pi, also on new voting they do not want even to place pi on the list because they would know the result). so even if they list it soon, still bad because of prolonging it so long time for no reason, or if they not, they could at least release some info why for many users waiting and expecting pi to be listed, they could take care of wish and many users waiting their decision. if they did not wanted to list pi, why they even made voting? to attract users?
